Pisang Ambon

Pisang Ambon is an emerald green, exotic specialty. It is based on therecipe of an old Indonesian liqueur. The secret of Pisang Ambon lies in thejuices of many tropical fruits and herbs from the Emerald Belt (South-EastAsian islands).

Pisang Ambon is used in long drinks and cocktails, but is also very wellsuited to pastries and desserts.
