Ingredients
   1 1/2 oz Vodka
   1 oz white Creme de Cacao
   1 oz Cointreau
   1/2 oz Lime juice
   Fresh Cream

Mixing Instructions
   Stir all ingredients, except for the cream, together. Pour into cocktail glass and float cream on top. Sprinkle some grated orange peel on top.
